*What is my benefits number?
- For employees hired prior to September 1, 2011: Your benefits number is your previous "employee number." You can find your benefits number in the top right-hand corner of your pay statement.
- For annuitants: Your benefits number is the same number you used as an employee (if you retired prior to September 1, 2011) or were given when you were first set up with benefits. You can find it in the upper right-hand corner of your pension pay statement.

You may be required to repay Sun Life where claims that were not eligible for reimbursement under the company's benefits plans were paid. Alternatively, these amounts may be deducted from future claims. Fraudulent claims may lead to disciplinary action, including termination.
